Fourteen years of listening to your tastes
Over 14 years at Sorriso, we have learned from the drinks you return to, the flavour combinations you enjoy, and the moments you share with us. That experience shaped this update. We kept familiar favourites and made room for new drinks inspired by our guests’ tastes, international drink trends, and our curiosity about new flavours.
The result is a menu with room for different moods: a creamy coffee with your afternoon conversation, a matcha to explore from our wide selection, a colourful smoothie, a fragrant tea, or a cocktail over dinner. Whether you already have a usual order or love trying something different, there is a reason to take another look.
Months of design, made to help you imagine the taste
We spent several months developing the menu’s visual design. We wanted each page to show how a drink looks and offer a first impression of its flavour and texture. Colour, composition and close-up photography all have a part to play.
Caramel ribbons and soft foam suggest richness and creaminess. The greens of matcha, the vivid colours of fruit smoothies, glistening ice and delicate bubbles each offer a different invitation. Close-up textures and visible ingredients help you imagine what is in the glass. Alongside the descriptions, these details give you a first impression of flavour and help you find a drink that suits your taste.
