Fresco Gelato represents a new era for Sorriso Gelato—made exclusively with natural ingredients and minimal processing. No additives, just pure fruit expression in every clean, simple, and direct cup.


Sorriso was the first in Armenia to produce Italian-style gelato using genuine recipes—without hydrogenated oils or artificial colors—utilizing premium natural raw materials like IRCA and Guiso.

“Fresco Gelato” in Italian means “fresh ice cream.” This refers to gelato made in small batches and consumed soon after production—usually the same day. Unlike industrial ice cream, fresh gelato has a denser texture, less air, and an intense fresh aroma. Main Characteristics of Fresh Gelato: Produced daily in small batches, often at the point of sale. Slowly churned to incorporate less air, resulting in a creamier, denser product. Made with fresh, high-quality ingredients like milk, cream, fruits, and sugar.
